Responsibilities

• Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with customers and maintaining a clean store environment.
• Ring purchases/returns accurately and count change back according to procedures.
• Promote credit and loyalty programs and uphold merchandising standards.
• Process and prepare merchandise for the sales floor following procedures.
• Participate in store recovery and maintain safety, cleanliness, and recovery standards.
• Support shrink reduction goals and other duties as assigned.
