Responsibilities

• Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with customers and maintaining a clean, organized store environment.
• Adhere to operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards; may be cross-trained to support various store areas.
• Accurately ring purchases/returns and handle cash procedures per operating standards.
• Promote credit and loyalty programs.
• Process and prepare merchandise for the sales floor.
• Participate in store recovery, safety, and housekeeping tasks.
• Support shrink reduction goals and maintain a safe environment.
