Job Description:

Opportunity: Grow Your Career

Responsible for delivering a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with all customers, embodying customer experience principles, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. Adheres to operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards. May be cross-trained to work in multiple areas of the store to support business needs.

• Model excellent customer service practices with internal and external customers.
• Support and embody a positive store culture through honesty, integrity, and respect.
• Accurately ring customer purchases/returns and provide correct change following established procedures.
• Promote credit and loyalty programs.
• Maintain merchandising standards and follow established procedures.
• Prepare merchandise for the sales floor according to company standards.
• Participate in store recovery and maintain cleanliness standards.
• Provide and accept recognition and constructive feedback.
• Adhere to labor laws, policies, and procedures.
• Support store shrink reduction initiatives.
• Participate in safety programs to maintain a safe environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
