Job Description:

Opportunity: Grow Your Career

Responsible for delivering a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with and assisting all customers, embodying customer experience principles, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. Adheres to operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards. May be cross-trained to work in multiple areas of the store to support business needs.

• Model excellent customer service practices with internal and external customers
• Support and promote a positive store culture through honesty, integrity, and respect
• Accurately process customer transactions, returns, and provide correct change
• Encourage participation in credit and loyalty programs
• Follow merchandising standards and procedures for product presentation
• Prepare merchandise for sale floor following company standards
• Participate in store recovery and maintenance activities throughout the day
• Maintain cleanliness and organization standards for the store
• Provide and accept feedback constructively
• Comply with labor laws, policies, and procedures
• Support store shrink reduction initiatives
• Participate in safety programs to ensure a safe environment
• Perform other duties as assigned
