Job Description

Opportunity: Grow Your Career

Responsible for delivering a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging and interacting with all customers, embodying customer experience principles and philosophy, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. Adheres to all operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards. May be cross-trained to work in multiple areas of the store to support the needs of the business.

1. Model established customer experience practices with internal and external customers
2. Support and embody a positive store culture through honesty, integrity, and respect
3. Accurately ring customer purchases/returns and count change back to customer according to established procedures
4. Promote credit and loyalty programs
5. Maintain and uphold merchandising philosophy and follow established procedures and standards
6. Accurately process and prepare merchandise for the sales floor following company procedures
7. Participate in store recovery and maintain cleanliness standards
8. Provide and accept recognition and constructive feedback
9. Adhere to all labor laws, policies, and procedures
10. Support store shrink reduction goals and programs
11. Participate in safety initiatives to maintain a safe environment
12. Perform other duties as assigned

3. Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail
