Job Description

Opportunity: Grow Your Career

Responsible for delivering a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging and interacting with all customers, embodying customer experience principles, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. Adheres to operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards. May be cross-trained to support various store areas.

• Model customer experience practices with internal and external customers
• Support a positive store culture through honesty, integrity, and respect
• Accurately ring customer purchases/returns and handle cash transactions
• Promote credit and loyalty programs
• Follow merchandising standards and prepare merchandise for sale
• Participate in store recovery and maintain cleanliness standards
• Provide and accept recognition and feedback
• Follow all labor laws, policies, and procedures
• Support shrink reduction initiatives
• Participate in safety programs to maintain a safe environment
• Perform other duties as assigned

Who We’re Looking For: You

• Excellent customer service skills
• Flexible schedule to support business needs
• Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail
• Ability to multi-task and adapt to changes
• Ability to lift heavy objects with or without accommodation

• Retail experience preferred
