Job Description:

Opportunity: Grow Your Career

Responsible for delivering a highly satisfying customer experience by engaging with all customers, embodying our customer experience principles, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. Adheres to operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards. May be cross-trained to support multiple store areas.

• Model excellent customer service practices with internal and external customers
• Support a positive store culture through honesty, integrity, and respect
• Accurately process customer purchases and returns, and handle cash responsibly
• Promote credit and loyalty programs
• Follow merchandising standards and prepare merchandise for sale
• Participate in store recovery and maintain cleanliness standards
• Recognize and accept feedback, and support safety and shrink reduction initiatives
• Other duties as assigned
