Responsibilities:

1. Deliver a highly satisfying customer experience by engaging with all customers, embodying customer experience principles, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
2. Support and uphold operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards.
3. Cross-train in multiple store areas to support business needs.
4. Model excellent customer service practices with internal and external customers.
5. Promote a positive store culture through honesty, integrity, and respect.
6. Accurately process customer transactions, including purchases and returns, and handle cash responsibly.
7. Encourage participation in credit and loyalty programs.
8. Follow merchandising procedures and standards for merchandise presentation and preparation.
9. Participate in store recovery, cleanliness, and safety initiatives.
10. Support store shrink reduction efforts and safety awareness programs.
11. Perform other duties as assigned.

Candidate Profile:

• Excellent customer service skills.
• Flexible schedule to support store needs.
• Strong communication, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
• Ability to multi-task and adapt to changing situations.
• Physical ability to lift heavy objects, with or without accommodations.
• Effective teamwork with peers and supervisors.
• Retail experience preferred.
