Job Description: Retail Associate at TJ Maxx

Responsibilities:

1. Deliver a highly satisfying customer experience through engaging interactions, embodying our customer experience principles.
2. Maintain a clean and organized store environment, supporting operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards.
3. Support multiple store areas as needed to meet business needs.
4. Model excellent customer service practices with both internal and external customers.
5. Promote a positive store culture built on honesty, integrity, and respect.
6. Accurately process transactions, including purchases and returns, and promote credit and loyalty programs.
7. Follow merchandising standards and prepare merchandise for display.
8. Participate in store recovery and maintain cleanliness and organization on the sales floor.
9. Contribute to safety initiatives and support shrink reduction goals.
10. Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
