AAA Club Alliance is hiring a Retail Membership Sales Specialist to drive membership sales and deliver exceptional customer service in a busy retail setting. The role offers base hourly pay with incentive potential and a 37.5-hour work week in Brick, NJ.

Pay ranges from $20.06 to $25.66 per hour, with incentive pay averaging $162.00–$500.00 monthly. Full-time associates receive comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, PTO, and a 401(k) match.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of sales and customer service experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient with multiple websites and programs.
• Notary Public designation or willingness to obtain within 6 months.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Pre-employment and post-employment screenings may be required.

Responsibilities

• Sell and process new AAA memberships, upsell upgrades and add-ons.
• Drive active engagement with members in-store and via calls, promoting promotions.
• Document all leads and interactions accurately for future reference.
• Serve as the in-store membership expert and assist with cashiering tasks when needed.
