Job summary
Kepler is seeking a dynamic, entrepreneurial leader to run Kepler’s Retail Center of Excellence. You will define and refine our capabilities, strategy, and partnerships across the retail media ecosystem, with a focus on Amazon Ads and other RMNs.

Qualifications
- 8+ years of digital advertising sales experience with multi-million deals.
- Deep expertise in retail media including Amazon Ads and major RMNs.
- Ability to set 3–5 year growth plans for a retail media practice.
- Clear communication to executives; strong presentation skills.
- Entrepreneurial, fast-paced, results-driven.
Responsibilities
- Define and refine Kepler’s Retail 360 strategy and partnerships.
- Lead GTM and productization of Kepler Commerce services.
- Cultivate retailer relationships with Amazon, Walmart, and others.
- Represent Kepler at events and with clients as a retail media SME.
- Collaborate with product and media teams to drive innovation.
