Job summary

EPAM Systems' Empathy Lab in New York is seeking an entrepreneurial retail media consultant to grow EPAM’s US and global retail media proposition, combining agentic AI with marketing strategy and to help retailers navigate evolving challenges.

You will promote tailored retail media solutions, leverage EPAM’s software, data science and product capabilities, and educate client leads while cultivating long-term relationships across a portfolio of accounts.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail media across retailer, agency and ad tech verticals.
• Track record of delivering consultative solutions to clients.
• Background in management consulting with a commercial mindset.
• History of growing long-term client relationships.
• Problem-solving with creative and adaptable strategies.
• Clear communication and executive-level presentation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Promote and deliver solutions for retailers in retail media strategy and AI platform development.
• Leverage EPAM’s capabilities to provide customized technology and data solutions for retailers.
• Support US GTM strategy by identifying propositions and prospect attributes and developing sales collateral.
• Educate internal client leads on retail media and evangelize the proposition to client accounts.
• Drive new business opportunities by leveraging your retailer network and industry partnerships.
• Manage key client stakeholders through discovery and delivery, ensuring high-quality execution.
• Cultivate strong relationships to maximize growth across a portfolio of accounts.
