Responsibilities

• Greet customers/donors and assist with unloading/loading items.
• Promote Goodwill mission programs in customer interactions.
• Maintain donor count sheets and report discrepancies.
• Operate storage equipment safely during loading/unloading and in production areas.
• Sort donations to prevent discarding items of value.
• Maintain inventory at production workstation for uninterrupted flow.
• Keep storage areas neat and orderly following safety protocols.
• Prepare shipping paperwork and labels for materials.
