Qualifications

• Degree in Business Marketing and related coursework.
• Experience in retail, merchandising, marketing, or customer service preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Creative mindset with an eye for design, branding, and visual presentation.
• Ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient with computers and common software; Canva and social media platforms required.
• Strong understanding of social media, marketing, promotional campaigns, and customer engagement.
• Attention to detail and merchandising standards.
• Self-motivated with ability to work independently and in a team.
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs, climb ladders, and stand/walk for extended periods; travel between stores may be required.
