Qualifications

• Proven experience in visual merchandising within a retail environment.
• Ability to lift, bend, kneel and climb a ladder.
• Experience following direction from planograms and adapting to a store layout.
• Ability to make profitable decisions related to re-set execution.
• Strong multi-tasking skills and project completion mindset.
• Good understanding of retail math and inventory control.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement visual merchandising strategies to enhance the store look and feel.
• Create eye-catching displays that showcase products in an engaging manner.
• Collaborate with management to align merchandising with promotions.
• Set store with monthly promotional signing.
• Use market trends and retail math to optimize placement and maximize sales.
• Use planograms to execute company re-sets.
• Identify poor sellers and manage outgoing product to make room for new items.
• Work with Inventory Specialist on merchandise exit strategy.
• Maintain inventory control by monitoring stock levels and replenishing displays.
• Ensure all visuals adhere to brand standards and expose products effectively.
• Collaborate with team and plan resources for merchandise moves and projects.
