Renuity in Miami-Dade County seeks a Retail Marketing Representative who is bilingual in Spanish to promote products through in-store campaigns, events, and tradeshows. You will deliver engaging face-to-face sales presentations focused on quality, installation, and customer care.

This role offers base pay plus uncapped bonuses, weekend availability, and room to grow into sales or management. Benefits include medical, dental, life and disability insurance, paid holidays and time off, a 401(k)

Responsabilidades

• Promote Renuity's products in in-store retail campaigns, events, and tradeshows.
• Deliver engaging, face-to-face sales presentations emphasizing quality, installation, and customer care.
• Use role as a stepping stone to management or sales careers.
• Schedule weekends; 9am–5pm/10am–6pm/11am–7pm/12pm–8pm; part-time 20–25hrs/week if applicable.

• Pay: Hourly Base Pay + Uncapped Bonuses

Must be able to commute to more than one location. Positions available in Miami Lakes, Doral, Kendall, Homestead, Cutler Ridge.

About This Role

• Promote Renuity's products and services to both prospective and existing clients in our in-store retail marketing campaigns, events, and tradeshows
• Deliver engaging sales presentations face to face, focusing on our high quality products, installation, and customer care
• Use this experience as a stepping stone to a career in Management or Sales
• Scheduling availability:
  • Weekends required, M-F available
    • Rotating shifts: 9am to 5pm, 10am to 6pm, 11am to 7pm, 12pm to 8pm
    • If part-time, 20-25hrs/week required

• Self-motivated, and ambitious outlook to succeed in a performance-driven environment
• Ability to speak publicly with confidence
• Naturally outgoing and well-spoken individual who thrives in human interaction
• Bilingual skills in English and Spanish required
• Must have access to a personal, reliable vehicle and a valid driver’s license
