Job summary

Renuity is hiring a Bilingual Retail Brand Ambassador (Spanish/English) to promote products in in-store campaigns and at events across multiple Miami-Dade County locations. You will deliver engaging presentations, drive sales, and support a fast-paced customer-focused environment.

Weekends are required with rotating shifts; part-time options may exist. Base pay plus uncapped bonuses and commissions, with full-time benefits and opportunities for advancement within sales and management.

Qualifications

About This Role

• Promote Renuity's products and services to both prospective and existing clients in our in-store retail marketing campaigns, events, and tradeshows
• Deliver engaging sales presentations face to face, focusing on our high quality products, installation, and customer care
• Use this experience as a stepping stone to a career in Management or Sales
• Scheduling availability:
  • Weekends required, M-F available
    • Rotating shifts: 9am to 5pm, 10am to 6pm, 11am to 7pm, 12pm to 8pm
    • If part-time, 20-25hrs/week required

• Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills
• Self-motivated, and ambitious outlook to succeed in a performance-driven environment
• Ability to speak publicly with confidence
• Naturally outgoing and well-spoken individual who thrives in human interaction
• Bilingual skills in English and Spanish required
• Must have access to a personal, reliable vehicle and a valid driver’s license
