Brooks Sports Inc. is seeking a Retail Marketing Manager, National to lead the Retail Marketing strategy for select National Accounts and drive cross-functional programs that boost brand and sales. You will own end-to-end GTM planning and work with Sales and Marketing teams to deliver in-market activation.
The role requires 7+ years in retail or integrated marketing, a Marketing/Sales degree, and strong communication, collaboration, and budget management skills. Seattle-based with 4 days on-site.

As the Retail Marketing Manager, National at Brooks, you will be responsible for recommending the Retail Marketing strategy for select key National Accounts, ensuring seamless execution of approved strategy and driving integrated, account-specific marketing programs that drive brand and business results. You will serve as a key driver for the National Retailer’s strategy, leveraging deep expertise in the National Channel retail landscape to influence cross-functional direction and shape how Brooks shows up across priority accounts. With end-to-end ownership of go-to-market planning and execution for key initiatives – you will lead cross-functional teams across Sales and Marketing to deliver high-impact programs from concept to in-market activation. Acting as an influencer and connective partner, you will drive business outcomes, partner with internal stakeholders on process development, and find ways of working across the channel to drive continuous improvement and growth.
The pay range for this position, based out of the Brooks Seattle HQ, is $110,571-$165,857 per year. Base pay offered will vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
