Brooks is seeking a Marketing Lead, Content & Brand Experiences in Seattle to oversee cohesive content experiences across digital and physical channels. You will partner with Global Brand, Product Marketing, Site, and regional teams to translate strategy into storytelling worldwide, ensuring fast, scalable, and engaging content execution.
In this role you will manage CMS-enabled publishing, optimize landing pages and PDPs, and drive content that enhances product discovery and customer loyalty.

As the Marketing Lead, Content & Brand Experiences at Brooks, you will lead the development of compelling, cohesive, and scalable content experiences across owned environments. Working alongside the Senior Manager, Brand Owned Experience, you will focus on how the brand shows up across website, retail stores, and brand-led experiences, ensuring key touchpoints are immersive, intuitive, and unmistakably Brooks. You will partner closely across Global Brand, Product Marketing, Site and Visual Merchandising, and regional teams to translate strategy into content execution across digital and physical experiences. You will support content tools, templates, and workflows that enable faster, consistent, and expressive storytelling globally.
Compensation: The pay range for this position, based out of the Brooks Seattle HQ, is $85,894 - $128,894 per year. Base pay offered will vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
