Florida's Fast Growing Window Company is seeking a Retail Marketing & Events Manager to drive in-store engagement, manage events, and schedule customer appointments. The role requires leading a team of reps, coordinating promotional activities, and delivering compelling product discussions.

The person will be responsible for developing engaging client experiences, training staff, and ensuring smooth execution of in-store promos and live demonstrations to boost sales and brand presence.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of Retail Marketing/Brand Ambassador management experience.
• Ability to walk up to customers and engage them in conversation.

Responsabilidades

• Approach customers shopping in store and engage them at the kiosk.
• Discuss windows, doors, and roofing to generate interest and schedule appointments.
• Hire, train and manage reps to engage customers and offer in-home presentations.
