Florida's Fast Growing Window Company is seeking a Home Improvement Retail Events Manager to lead in-store events, promotions, and hands-on demonstrations. You will build and manage a team of reps, coordinate with store teams, and drive appointment setting for windows, doors, and roofing installations.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in retail marketing and event management, comfort engaging customers, and a passion for sales and brand representation.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Retail Marketing (Brand Ambassador) management experience.
• Experience in planning and executing store events.
• Strong communication and people skills.

Responsibilities

• Approach customers at the kiosk and initiate conversations.
• Discuss Windows, Doors, Roofing and book appointments.
• Hire, train and manage reps to present in-home presentations.
