Florida's Fast Growing Window Company, a retailer of windows, doors and roofing, is seeking a Retail Events/Showcase Manager to drive in-store engagement and lead consumer demonstrations.

You will recruit, train, and manage reps, coordinate show experiences, and schedule appointments with shoppers. Candidates should have a track record in retail marketing and strong communication skills, with 5+ years in brand ambassador roles.

Formación

• 5+ years of Retail Marketing/Brand Ambassador management experience.
• Experience in show/event management and in-store promotions.
• Ability to approach customers and engage them in conversation.

Responsabilidades

• Approach customers who are shopping in the store as they pass by the Kiosk.
• Discuss Windows, Doors, Roofing, generate interest and schedule appointments.
• Hire, train and manage reps to engage customers and offer free in-home presentations.
