Job summary

Menards is hiring for a Manager Trainee position in a full-time, paid program designed to develop future leaders for our store network. You will train hands-on alongside General Management, Department Managers, and Store Team Members to understand our business and grow into a management role.

As you progress, you’ll gain exposure to 330+ store locations, corporate offices, and distribution centers, with advancement opportunities within a promote-from-within culture.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience or a Business-related degree preferred.
