Menards is seeking motivated individuals for a paid, full-time Manager Trainee program designed to prepare you for store management. You will work alongside General Management, Department Managers, and Store Team Members to learn our business and prepare for a future management role.

As you advance, you’ll explore opportunities to promote to 330+ store locations, corporate offices, and distribution centers.
