Job summary

Menards is hiring for a Manager Trainee position in a fast-growing retail environment. This paid, full-time program develops you for the world of Menards Management and features hands-on training with mentorship from store leadership.

As you progress, your team and store leadership will help you gain the experience needed to move into a General Management role across one of 330+ stores and related facilities.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to lead and develop a team.
• Leadership experience or a business-related degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the Manager Trainee program, a paid, full-time, hands-on training track to develop general management skills.
• Progress through the program with support from General Management, Department Managers and Store Team Members to prepare for a future management role.
