Menards offers a paid, full-time Manager Trainee program designed to develop you for the world of Menards Management. You will work alongside General Management, Department Managers, and Store Team Members to build a solid understanding of our business and prepare for a management role.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service shown to customers and peers.
• Ability to lead and develop a team in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Leadership experience or a business-related degree is preferred for advancement.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the Manager Trainee program, gaining hands-on experience in store operations.
• Work with General Management, Department Managers and Store Team Members to learn the business.
• Progress to a management role across our stores as you complete the program and develop leadership skills.
