Job summary

Menards is hiring for a Manager Trainee Program, a paid, full-time training designed to prepare you for management. You will work alongside General Management, Department Managers, and Store Team Members to learn the business and prepare for a future leadership role.

Upon completion, you’ll be eligible for promotion to roles across Menards’ 330+ store locations, corporate office, manufacturing facilities, and distribution centers.

Qualifications

• Outstanding customer service skills required.
• Ability to lead and develop a team to meet store goals.
• Motivation and drive to excel in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a paid, full-time Manager Trainee program to build management skills.
• Work with General Managers and store teams to learn operations and leadership.
