Menards Inc. is recruiting for a Manager Trainee program that is a paid, full-time, hands-on training track designed to develop and prepare you for leadership in Menards Management.

As you progress through the program, your General Management team, Department Managers, and Store Team Members will work with you to build your understanding of our business and help prepare you for a management role in the near future.

• Leadership experience or a business-related degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the Manager Trainee program to learn store operations and leadership.
