Menards is seeking motivated individuals to join its Manager Trainee program in a fast-paced retail environment in the United States. The paid, full-time, hands-on training is designed to develop and prepare you for management responsibilities across Menards stores.

As you progress, you will work with General Management and store teams to build leadership skills, with clear path to management roles in 330+ stores and corporate facilities nationwide.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a paid, full-time hands-on Manager Trainee program to develop and prepare you for Menards Management.
• Work with General Management, Department Managers, and Store Team Members to gain understanding and progress into a management role soon.
