As you progress, you’ll collaborate with General Management, Department Managers, and Store Team Members to prepare for a management role across Menards’ 330+ store locations, corporate office, and facilities.

Qualifications

• Ability to lead and develop a team.
• Leadership experience or a business-related degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the Manager Trainee program and complete the training plan.
