Job summary

Menards is recruiting for a Manager Trainee in our store operations. This paid, full-time program is designed to develop you into a management role, with hands-on training and close mentoring from the General Management team.

As you progress through the program, you’ll work with Department Managers and Store Team Members to build a strong understanding of our business and prepare you to take on leadership responsibilities across our network of stores.

Qualifications

• Manager Trainee program is paid, full-time, hands-on training designed to develop and prepare you for Menards Management.
• As you progress, Managers and Team Members will work together to build your understanding of the business and prepare you for a management role.
• Promotion to leadership positions is possible after program completion across 330+ locations.

Responsibilities
