Alligator Adventure is seeking an honest, hardworking Retail Manager to oversee the daily operations of our gift shop at the 15-acre reptile zoo. The role focuses on leadership, customer service, and maintaining an inviting retail space for guests.

You will lead and train staff, manage scheduling, oversee POS and cash handling, and ensure merchandise is organized and well stocked in a busy attraction environment.

Alligator Adventure is looking for an honest, hardworking, and friendly individual to join our team as a Retail Manager. We are a 15-acre reptile zoo specializing in alligators, with over 230 species of other animals.

The Retail Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our gift shop while providing an excellent experience for our guests. This position will help lead retail employees, maintain merchandise and inventory, oversee POS operations, and ensure the gift shop remains organized, attractive, and well stocked.

We are looking for someone dependable, organized, customer-focused, and comfortable taking a leadership role in a busy attraction environment.

Please note that this position will require night, weekend, and holiday availability.
