Job summary

Vylor Inc. is seeking a Remote Retail Manager to drive Pioneer Corn and Soybeans, as well as PhytoGen Cottonseed, across South and Central Louisiana.

You will partner with Retail Managers and Field Agronomists to hit district targets, manage supply and forecasting, and build strong retailer relationships. The role requires a bachelor's degree in agronomy, business, or marketing, sales/coaching experience, and willingness to travel within the territory.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Agronomy, Business, or Marketing.
• Sales experience and ability to coach others.
• Ability to sell, negotiate, influence, resolve conflict, and coach.

Responsibilities

• Deliver annual sales targets for Pioneer Corn and Soybeans and PhytoGen Cottonseed in the territory.
• Lead supply management, business planning, and sales forecasting within the territory.
• Develop relationships with retail sellers and identify opportunities.
• Troubleshoot customer complaints and resolve issues.
• Collaborate with Field Agronomists to implement territory sales plans and field days.
• Coordinate plot work and product knowledge with the agronomy team.

If hired, you may be required to travel as necessary to support business activities.What You'll Do:Deliver annual sales targets for Pioneer Corn and Soybeans and PhytoGen Cottonseed within defined territory and work in tandem with other Retail Managers and Field Agronomists to deliver overall district annual sales targets.Lead Supply Management, Business Planning, and Sales Forecasting efforts within the defined territory.Develop strong relationships (Retail Focus) with retail sellers in your territory.Identify customer and prospect opportunities and establish a plan to capitalize on these opportunities with sellers.Troubleshoot customer complaints and work to resolve them.Collaborate successfully with Field Agronomists to build and execute territory sales planWork closely with the Field Agronomist team and Retail Sellers to help coordinate plot work (Innovation, product knowledge, systems trials) and associated field days with customers.Leverage relationships and crop expertise of agronomy team help close sales on all customers and prospects.What You'll Need:Bachelor's Degree, or equivalent, in Agronomy, Business, or Marketing required.
