Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to lead a team of merchandisers and drive execution.
• Strong communication skills for diverse audiences and stakeholders.
• Experience coaching and promoting continuous learning within teams.
• Ability to align team goals with client objectives and store standards.
• Knowledge of retail systems and tools to improve efficiency.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as needed.
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Confident presenter capable of addressing questions.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Retail Coverage Merchandisers to meet client expectations.
• Provide daily strategic direction to maximize sales opportunities.
• Conduct regular audits and deliver actionable feedback for quality in-store execution.
• Collaborate with Retail Directors and internal stakeholders on key initiatives.
• Train associates on Acosta systems and use of Acosta University tools.
• Create impactful selling materials and conduct bi-quarterly evaluations.
• Perform additional duties including meeting physical requirements and travel.
