MAC Sales and Leasing is seeking a Manager in Training (MIT) / Management Trainee for an entry-level pathway to store leadership. This in-person role trains across all store operations, with emphasis on customer acquisition, sales performance, and account management.

Candidates must be 21 or older to drive for work and be prepared for a hands-on development track. The position offers inclusion in a nationwide expansion, with responsibilities ranging from daily retail activity to home delivery

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Must be over 21 to drive a vehicle for work.
• In-person, on-site role; remote work not available.

Responsabilidades

• Train to become proficient in all aspects of the business.
• Acquire and maintain customers and drive store sales.
• Manage customer accounts and deliver exceptional service.
• Perform in-home delivery and setup of merchandise.
• Handle inventory management and stock control.
• Account management and collection duties as needed.
• Retail sales and customer service duties across channels.
• Meet and exceed target sales and profit goals.
• Collaborate with store team to ensure smooth operations.
