Job summary

MAC Sales and Leasing is seeking a Manager in Training (MIT) to join our in-person team at the Shawnee location. The program prepares future store leaders by cross-training in all aspects of store management, customer service, and operations.

You must be 21+ to drive and will receive training and hands-on exposure in sales, account management, and deliveries. Salary ranges from $14.00 to $20.00 per hour, with benefits including PTO, Sundays off, and location-dependent health and retirement

Qualifications

• Must be over the age of 21 to drive a vehicle for work (insurance requirement).
• This is an in-person job; remote work is not available.
• Effective organizational skills.
• Strong communication skills.
• High School Diploma or GED.
