Academy Sports + Outdoors is seeking a Manager in Training to immerse in all facets of running a high-volume retail business, rotating through departments to connect merchandising, staffing, inventory, and customer experience to overall results.

You will analyze performance metrics, plan labor, and partner with store leadership to drive sales, service, and operational excellence while developing leadership capability for future store leadership roles.

Competenze

Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
Minimum 3 years of relevant leadership or management experience required.
Demonstrated success leading departments of up to 40 team members while driving operational excellence and achieving sales targets.
Strong leadership and coaching skills with the ability to motivate and develop others.
Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering a great shopping experience.
