Menards is looking for a motivated individual to join our Manager Trainee program in retail management. This paid, full-time, hands-on training is designed to develop and prepare you for leadership roles within Menards.

As you progress, your General Management team and Store Team Members will collaborate with you to build a solid understanding of our business and help you assume a management position in the near future.
