Hibbett is seeking a Manager in Training to support store operations in our retail environment. The role focuses on assisting the Store Manager, overseeing product areas, and promoting sales and promotions while delivering exceptional customer service.

The position requires knowledge of store operations, ability to lead in the absence of the Store Manager, and a strong customer-service mindset to help acquire and retain customers.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail, footwear/apparel preferred.
• 1-3 years of customer service experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Team player with enthusiasm for sales and service.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager with selling, restocking, merchandising, ordering, and scheduling.
• Maintain store in the Store Manager's absence and assume responsibilities as needed.
• Provide guidance to employees and customers across departments.
• Monitor inventory, sales statistics, and expenses to ensure profitability.
• Deliver extraordinary customer service per manuals and promote services/merchandise.
• Protect assets and internal controls and uphold company policies.
