Hibbett, Inc. in Jersey Village, TX is seeking a Manager in Training to assist the Store Manager with daily operations and customer service, while gaining knowledge in every product area of our store.

This entry-level supervisory role promotes sales, merchandising, and administrative duties to support store goals and initiatives. The position trains in department responsibilities, staff guidance, and maintaining policy standards, with a priority on delivering outstanding customer service and

Competenze

Experience in a retail environment, preferably footwear/apparel.
1-3 years of customer service experience.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Is a self-starter with initiative to take on tasks.

Mansioni

Assist the Store Manager in controlling the assets of the retailer.
Consult with Store Manager to establish action plans for selling, restocking, merchandising, ordering and scheduling.
Assume store responsibilities in the Store Manager's absence.
Provide guidance to employees and customers in all departments when needed.
Promote and sell services and merchandise, ensuring quality customer service.
Produce exceptional customer service and uphold store policies and standards.
