Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager with assets control and store operations.
• Help plan selling, restocking, merchandising, ordering and scheduling.
• May act as Store Manager in their absence.
• Provide guidance to employees and customers across departments.
• Monitor inventory, sales statistics and expenses to ensure profitability.
• Direct staff to meet department responsibilities and standards.
• Maintain customer service quality and assist during peak periods.
• Promote and sell store services and merchandise.
