Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in controlling assets.
• Assist in action planning for selling, restocking, merchandising, ordering, scheduling.
• Step in as store lead in Store Manager’s absence.
• Provide guidance to employees and customers across departments.
• Monitor inventory, sales statistics and expenses for profitability.
• Direct staff to meet department responsibilities and standards.
• Inform Store Manager of inventory movement and customer trends.
• Maintain high quality customer service per company manuals.
• Perform general administrative duties and learn Store Manager responsibilities.
• Deliver exceptional customer service per the customer service manual, assisting customers during peak periods.
• Promote and sell Hibbett I City Gear services and merchandise.
• Uphold all company policies and procedures.
• Protect assets and financial information; report potential fraud.
