Job Summary

The Salon Director in Training will drive store performance, ensure excellent client service, and maintain operational standards. Responsibilities include supervising staff, managing daily operations, and meeting sales goals while fostering a positive environment and leading by example.

Tasks & Responsibilities

• Oversee daily salon operations in a fast-paced setting
• Lead by example in customer service and sales
• Maintain a professional and clean environment
• Set goals and provide coaching to team members
• Generate reports, manage inventory, and support financial controls
• Assist with staffing and scheduling to optimize productivity
• Work nights and weekends; 35-45 hours/week

Experience & Skills

• Management and/or sales experience required
• Beauty industry or customer service experience preferred
