Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in controlling store assets.
• Help establish action plans for selling, restocking, merchandising, ordering and scheduling.
• Take responsibility for store operations in Store Manager's absence.
• Provide guidance to employees and customers in all departments.
• Monitor inventory, sales stats, and expenses to ensure profitability.
• Direct staff to meet departmental standards and responsibilities.
• Keep Store Manager informed on inventory movement and customer trends.
• Maintain high quality customer service per manuals and policies.
• Promote and sell services and merchandise offered by Hibbett I City Gear.
