Job summary

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager with store operations and admin duties.
• Knowledgeable in product areas and departments.
• Promote sales and promotions, serve as customer ambassador.
• Exercise supervisory control in Store Manager's absence.
• Provide guidance to employees and customers.
• Monitor inventory, sales, expenses to support profitability.
• Direct staff to complete department responsibilities.
• Maintain customer service standards.
• Perform general admin duties.
• Support extraordinary customer service per manuals.
• Promote and sell services and merchandise.
• Uphold company policies and procedures.
• Protect assets and report potential fraud risk.
