Job summary

Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager in controlling store assets.
• Collaborate on action plans to accomplish department and store responsibilities such as selling, restocking, merchandising, ordering and scheduling.
• Act as Store Manager in their absence.
• Provide knowledge and guidance to employees and customers in all departments.
• Monitor inventory, sales statistics, and expenses to ensure profitability.
• Direct staff to ensure department standards are met.
• Inform Store Manager about inventory movement and customer trends.
• Maintain high-quality customer service per manuals and policies.
• Support store operations and administrative duties as needed.
• Promote and sell services and merchandise offered by Hibbett I City Gear.
