Sodexo is seeking a Retail Manager 2 at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University in Prescott, AZ, to lead daily retail dining operations(Chick Fil A, Starbucks, & Internal Brands) and deliver exceptional customer service, food quality, and financial results.

About the job

This role puts you at the center of retail operations, where your ability to lead teams, manage priorities, and drive customer satisfaction will be key to success. You’ll play a hands‑on role in shaping both team performance and customer experience.

Accountable for managing people, setting direction and deploying resources; typically is responsible for performance evaluation, pay reviews and hire/fire decisions. Results are primarily achieved through the work of others and typically depend on the manager's ability to influence and negotiate with parts of the organization. Pay Range

$48875 - $63250
