Job summary

Cracker Barrel is seeking a Retail Manager to lead store operations, merchandising, inventory, and sales while developing a high-performing team in a welcoming environment. You’ll balance hands-on store leadership with a clear, big-picture vision, ensuring a memorable shopping experience for guests.

Requires at least 2 years of retail management and a high school diploma or GED; expected to work five 9-hour shifts weekly, including holidays and weekends.

Pay Range: $24.06 - $28.31
