Job summary

Cracker Barrel Old Country Store is seeking a Retail Manager to lead store operations, merchandise, inventory control, and team development. You will drive sales while fostering a welcoming, country-hospitality culture for guests and staff alike.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in retail management, the ability to work five 9-hour shifts per week including holidays, and a high school diploma or GED. Join our team and help create memorable experiences for guests.
