Job summary

Cracker Barrel is hiring a Retail Manager in Naples, FL to lead a welcoming store team and deliver a memorable guest experience.

You will supervise all aspects of store operations—from merchandising and inventory to driving sales and developing your team. The role requires at least 2 years of retail management and a readiness to work 45-hour weeks, including holidays and weekends.
